Re: Who should provide documents for ILR?

Nobody is ridiculing your query.
It had only been an hour and you expected answers, and you did just not the ones you were hoping for.

This has gone on long enough so I hope you do eventually find the answers you require.

Good Luck with it all.

I've noticed this too.
However I used the photos from the photo booth and they were fine. It doesn't matter that the box on the forms are slightly bigger.

Re: Who should provide documents for ILR?

Well maybe it's because people don't know the answer, that you get no response/reply. If people can't give you an answer, why they should respond? This site has an overwhelming amount of free information ..which the members including you aren't paying a penny for. Maybe you should appreciate that som...

Re: TFL out of court settlement (Freedom Pass) - Naturalisat

As an EU citizen you will need to apply for a PR Card not ILR. ILR is for non EU. The laws changed recently and say that when EU citizens apply my Naturalisation, they must have a PR Card certifying permanent residence. I think you have to wait 12 months from the date of issue of the PR card before ...

Re: Form AN and naturalisation queries

The guidance notes suggest you should enter your FPN in Q3.1-3.2.

However, if you are unsure you could add it on the extra information page, or if you attend a NCS appointment, leave it blank and ask them to see what they think as to where you should declare it.
