Yes housing benefits child benefits since May 2016 but everything is online so don’t have any letter coming in post.

You can also do a Subject Access Request for £10 to check what date HO has on record for you attaining PR, you can send that off and prepare for the test in the meantime (you should be able to use the UK degree instead of an English test). There is no need to continue exercising treaty rights once you have PR. Employment is not a requirement for naturalisation and claiming benefits which you are entitled to will not affect the application.
