SA302 is not part of the application. You dont have to submit that. It is only when they enquire that you need to provide. To be in a safe side, if it is possible, send it by post on 12th March to buy more time. Don't send SA302. If HO asks to provide, it will be probably be around May, by that time...

Has anyone applied In October for set(o)ILR got a response? I haven't heard anything since I submitted biometric mid October .

Same here. Posted 10th of October, passport and old BPP collected and biometric given in couple of weeks after. No news since then. :(
Anyone, who posted in October 15 please share your current situation.

Thanks, but if I understood it correctly section 13 declaration only gives UKBI right to verify the documents you submitted only. It doesn't give right to request information on your behalf. Eg-They can verify the bank statement you provided with the bank for being genuine. But they can't request ad...

Please help I have submitted for ILR SET (0) beginning of October 15 via post. A friend of mine went for PRO last week with the same visa and requested by the case worker to provide evidence from HMRC that he paid all taxes for all 5 years he stayed in UK. The problem is during extention application...
