SA302 is not part of the application. You dont have to submit that. It is only when they enquire that you need to provide. To be in a safe side, if it is possible, send it by post on 12th March to buy more time. Don't send SA302. If HO asks to provide, it will be probably be around May, by that time...

A friend of mine went for PRO last week with the same visa and requested by the case worker to provide evidence from HMRC that he paid all taxes for all 5 years he stayed in UK.
