no , i am not intending to apply for a family permit before we travel. we want to go just with the residence card we got from here and go by ferry and bus . i have seen a few posts in the past that person with residence card in artical 10 does not need family permit to go to uk.then when we arive in...

thanks every one, my wife finally got stamp 4 residence card for five years.now am planning to go back to uk on ferry and i hope at the border they recognise residence cards and we can cruise smoothly back to uk and apply through sing route.

i reported the ''INIS'' to solvit uk who are dealing with case and i suprisingly got the call on phone from garda immigrtion asking me to confirm where i work. i wonder if they were pushed to process my application. m still waiting to see if get anything but this festive seson is likely to delay eve...

i have raised the issue to solvit as this breach of the law. i think if ever one awaiting a decision and has already gone past six month can contact solvit. we may be able to get something

i applied in june 2015 and my decision was due by dec 19th but i emailed them and they said that the decision will be issued in due course and they cannot give a definite date. i have also escalated the case to solvit and justice as i feel they are violating the EU law and yet they are Govt. organis...
