Re: PASSPORT RETURN REFUSED

Hi Noajthan,

good morning. i have a doubt regarding the stages, as you said stage 2 is relationship test, that means this stage comes after Biometric and COA ? in my case, today is the 3rd month since my application sent (EEA FM).

awaiting your response

Re: Returning on expired EEA FP (boarding a flight?)

hi mate,

As far as i know Australian citizens can travel to the UK and Ireland without visa for 3-6 months. As she is your family member you can explain this to the immigration officer with evidence and she will be granted entry.

Re: overstayer with a 3months pregnant eea national

Hi there It's a bit complicated situation. Have you legally separated from your ex wife ? Although you don't need a legal status in the uk to marry a EEA nation...

Re: Can someone help me please

hi Amine thanks for your reply. i dont think you will be able to get biometric card unless you apply again, this is a waste of time. this is because there was not any bio metric requirement the time you applied. since April 2015 Bio-metric rule in place for family member of an EEA national# Regards

Re: discretionary leave to indefinite leave help

Hi sir 17

My colleague was in the same situation as you . You can apply for ILR
Because you are on discretionary leave to remain you won't need life in the uk or English test however to be the safest side good to have if you can.

I am not sure which form should be used.
