hi mate,

if you are travelling to Norway without your EU partner, you will require a Schengen visa unless your nationality exempt from visa requirement .

Finally, my waiting is ended, i got my documents and decision letter today says my card will be with in 10 days ... I am so happy and thanks very much for all your support.

my time line is 5 months and 2 weeks

Yes you can as long as you can demonstrate your right to stay during these 10 years and one or mixed of immigration categories will be calculated for 10 years (long route )

Hi! I understand that if I request the passport back during the eea2 application, residence card will be issued on a separate A4 paper. However, if I send the passport back to HO again before getting the result, will they put the RC onto the passport as normal? Anyone has the experience? Thanks! Hi...

There's likely to have been an increase in applications prior to the rise in fees on the 18th March. Hi casa, EEA application fees hasn't been changed since , still £65 But home office has new version of EEA FM AND EFM application from from March 16th When did you send your application? Hi DRN, your tier 4 visa is under UK immigration route and Your EFM residence card application is under EU law which is entirely separate. your student visa wont be cancelled and still you can continue work on your student restricted hours (10 or 20 hours) until you receive your COA, it will demons...

if your girl friend leaves the family of course she looses her rights as that family is obliged to let the home office know that they are not her sponsor anymore then she will be issued a curtailment letter.
