to be on safer side i will suggest go to bank ask them to stamp and sigh for you .. i don't think without sign and stamp HO will accept it.

Thanks for your reply.. then after three years again i need to apply for extention with point base criteria for three months more.. as by that time i will already spend 4 years and 9 months on HSMP in UK. and in my case what you will suggest me to do..

actually it is againt their policy . they don't want to leave me and they know with HSMP i can leave the job when ever i want . and they also know that i am not a kind of person who take risks of leaving the job without another job.

My HSMP is approved EC is not done yet. but don't want to take the risk of leaving the job. my employer want to send me on workpermit. is my HSMP will create any problem for WP and whats you thoughts on this.
