it should only show net salary .. as its more or less common in complete UK that if you are full time employee at the company then compny will deduct tax , NI and other deduction and submitt net salary in bank ccount.

no there is no problem if sign date is diff on both the statement..but please make sure they should stamp it too as only sign will not do a job and also if possible attach the visiting card of bank employee who sign your statments.

i checked with laywers.. you can apply for parents dependent visa if either of your parents is above 65 and they are dependent on you financially emptionally etc.... but its not easy.. usually you need to fight for it.. but people get it also...
