tb test is valid for six months and police certificate is valid for 90 days you can get these both done at anytime before the endorsement of visa application but make sure they're vaild

date really matters it has to be within 31 days he should get those letters now which country he's applying from I'm going through the same situation coz I'm about to apply as wel can u tell plz what else documents he attached with his application
