FP is simply for entry so entering UK on 15 under FP valid to mid-February should be fine (& easier than 1A stamp at arrival airport). Once in UK your wife has up to 3 months to secure a position & start exercising treaty rights. Then when she does you can shoot for RC ( if you wish). Note ...
