got my work permit and got my visa what else?

Hi,

I got my work permit from my company in Ireland and I applied for the visa in my country
the visa is only for 3 months? is it correct?

Will I need to apply for another visa or residence visa in Ireland?
It's a general employment work permit and I'm not from EU

You would only be able to stay for as long as your work visa/permit is valid for and sponsored for. Whether you can find another job (if your visa allows) or not depends on your skills etc. thank you very much indeed for your help. so if my work permit for 2 years i can stay 2 years even if i worke...
