If you search the forum you'll see that this appears to be a common problem with other members reporting they are unable to book for February. This seems to be a UKVI system fault, although slots are usually released 42 days in advance, not 14. http://www.immigrationboards.com/general-uk-immigratio...

Yes that should be fine.

The maximum is 12 months, there is no minimum e.g. you can earn 35K from one single contract in 1 month so you qualified for the points.

A quick question on your supporting documents

Did you submit P60 and SA302 as well ? or did case worker requested for any other documents.

You should fine , just chase HMRC so it could be done asap.

There are people in similar situation like you however i know people who did amendment got ILR .

English tests expire. It is the Life in the UK that does not expire. What is your wife's current visa and immigration history? She is on Tier 1 Gen Dependent, however she is here only for 6 months at the moment so we are applying FLR M rather Tier 1 Gen Dependent extension as it will save us money....

Is this for you or for your spouse?
Yes. My wife dont have UK degree and we confused should we book A1 or B1. And also website says test will expire in 2 years. I thought its for life time?
