honestly speaking its very hard process but you need to prove that dependency of your sisters and kids I would suggest you to take a help of some solicitors in your home country ,,,,

try to figure out something in uk I know its hard but at least you settle there.... and yap you have to move to Ireland with your brother and its not easy process as its look because you have to prove the dependency and even Ireland foreign affair fully aware of this that everyone is coming from uk ...

if they are issuing then its well and good because I am in a same boat too.... I have one question can anyone get married during this process

its same rule apply for host country as well

exactly its 3 years in Ireland which is good in uk is 5 years

I would suggest you to get a visa because its good for the future and for your own safety just in case
