another Q, Can I count my last leave as Tier 2 ICT whilst I was in the UK? to add 5 year towards ILR, however there will be a cooling off of 1 year which may break continuous residence while calculating 5 year towards ILR.

However, MY ILR application is refused by Croydon PSC on the basis that I have not spent 5 years per the rules in place before 6th April 2010.
