Re: Chance of good character requirement discretion for a previous over stayer and her daughters?

Hello, This is just a quick update on my previous posts in the hope that it may help anyone who perhaps is in a similar situation and circumstances. Re: Chance of good character requirement discretion for a previous over stayer and her daughters?

Hi, thank you for your reply CR001. I feel that that section of the good character requirement most definitely applies to the mother and that she should wait until the 10 years have elapsed. I also agree the safest course of action would be for all family members to wait out the 10 years. For my par...

Do I count as related for second referee?

Hello, Thank you in advance for any advice. I plan to act as the second referee for my girlfriends sister to register as British citizen, I am concerned that the home office may construe this as being related to the applicant. Re: Should daughter apply for ILR SET (O) or form T citizens

Hi vinny,

Thanks for your reply. In that case, would it be a better idea for her to apply for registration ASAP so that she will hopefully be a British citizen when the family apply for ILR? Or would it be better for the family to apply for ILR and the daughter apply via form T at the same time?
