hi my documents come back on 22/01/2015. we emailed them on 26th of January and they said ur application has been processed, wait for the administrative duties to be completed. we still haven't got a call for the passport is it like the curse of October some this is very stressful and unnerving time...
hey can u tell me how exactly u escalated i call them twice and emailed them bunch of times they keep saying wait a few more days. i gave my case at 20/10/2015 and still we haven't heard from them.
