You can go to Aabpara as there there are many translators over there. They would translate it for you after which you need to get it attested from ministry of foreign affairs.

I had the similar situation. They asked for a letter signed by my wife that she is willing to transfer my son from hers to be my dependant. My son was eventually given the visa as my dependant.

Hi,

You dont need to have a job to apply for EC. Just show them that you are actively searching for jobs. You can show the job adverts relating to your field and conversation with the agents regarding ur search.

You dont need a job to get EC. All you need is enough funds to support ur initial stay in UK and evidence that you are looking for job..

thanks guys.. however i called the home office and unfortunately i cannot shift my status to hsmp while remaining in country :(

i am concerned about this tb screening thing as i would have have to go back to home country on holidays and i dont want to waste time if its not requried..
