is it 28 days before visa expiry date or 28 days before reaching 5 years.

if it is 28 days before visa expiry date then I can apply after 5th Feb after reaching 5 years?

Yes.. my baby arrived in pak on visitor visa.. which is limited 3 months stay each visit.. sothat will be will overstay on that...so there is no limit on spouse visa if stay more than 3 months out of the country? Yes I will try to get by doing negotiations etc however i need to know how to apply for brb card and baby british passport.. i know my wife will have overstayed more than 3 months... but i have no other options......

No me my wife and baby travelled from london to lahore on 1st jan 2018... ofcourse with travel docs.... my wife and baby docs were left at father place...however very complicated family matter have messed things up... my dad is back to uk now and i cant access the docs now.. i am in lahore now....so...

just got instant reponse on passport collection- perhaps automated
they have said to wait 4-5 working days if still no response then they said fill the form in the email they sent.
so i guess i got to wait till monday :!:

Nothing yet zx, lets hope we hear something this week, you are right they can not disclose decision over the telephone or in emails s, the only thing we can do is to wait. I presume nothing has com through yet? i have emailed them today... there is someone else from karachi she got her decision mad...

they cannot tell you much anyway it will be same answer as if you asked them via email. you could try asking tk escalate it..

hi the friend i mentioned last week.. he got good news todat and his wife got the visa. 1 thing we were discussing with regards to priority... when his wife submitted the application and vac gave her the receipt and on that thay never mentioned anything priority applicti9n even though he paid online...
