Re: EEA family permit for extended family member

Read through this thread to understand how the "member of a household" requirement is interpreted. However, please post the questions in this thread. It does not mean living at the same address, but more on the lines of the EEA citizen and their spouse having responsibility for that house...

Re: Pre-settled status processing time

What happens if EU national is not working because of the childcare but not claiming any benefits as the NON-EU spouse is working. How it impacts the overall application. Do they charge £65 for each applicant? There wasn't any question about working, they are just asking if you have or not a Nation...

How did you apply as the beta test is limited to few region and employers? Is it possible for every EU national to apply?
The system is now in public beta - open to anyone.
Thank u very much

Non-EU FM status to EU national

Dear Senior Members,

Right now am Non-EU FM with five years of residence card valid till 2021.

I would like to know what happens if I gain the EU nationality in end of this year or Jan 2019?

Would request any one to throw some light in this regard.

Thanks and regards,

Re: EEA FM ROD but no confirmation received

Adjustment to my previous post. We received our passports today 19 July (1st requested 29 July, progress request 12 July & 18 July). We didn't get any confirmation emails so I wouldn't be too worried about that. Seems that the returns currently take them around 3 full weeks. Good luck!! Hi Sann...

Re: EEA2 / FM-EFM Discussion thread

I think what we need for FP is Marriage certificate, and Birth certificate, which I have with me. I've just heard from an immigration lawyer that if you apply for a FP when your EEA FM is under process, its going to supersede and cancel your FM application. You'll have to start again when you're ba...

In your own interest nope not enough. If it's full time work yes you may proceed including a contract of employment. You should be fine. Thank you @ Wise I did not understand " In your own interest nope not enough" but EU national is working for 25 hours/week its permanent job, we have go...
