Has ILR

He was brought over here on a spouse visa himself 4 years ago when his ex-wife applied for him, after he got his ILR after 2 years, relations between his wife became tense due to massive family problems on both sides so they divorced, and he is now single and living alone on rent.

He does have ILR!.

Yeah, he has ILR and has been in the country for around 4 years now but does have Indefinite Leave to Remain.

Hi, would someone like to tell me if my wife who is on a spouse visa can go abroad on holiday and will it affect the spouse visa?, eg, i spoke to a friend about it and they told me that the 2 year spouse visa starts again when she comes back, is this true?. how long can she go for?.

do you need another visa when coming back?

my wife has a pakistani passport so she can freely travel to pakistan but when she comes back to the uk, is the spouse visa ok that is already on the passport or would she need a new one to come back to the uk after the holiday?. i dont understand what is involved if she wants to go back to pakistan...

Help anyone regarding financial situation!!

Regarding the financial point, the first 2 wage slips that i am sending for the spouses visa, the first month pay slip has £492 as in the net pay, the second month has £679 (due to doing overtime and extra hours), (tax and national insurance is taken out aswell) even though it states on the contract...
