Hi all, My wife has just got her ILR after being on Tier 1 general for 5 years. We got married 2 months ago and I am a British citizen. Can she apply for naturalisation as she has her ILR now and is married to a British citizen? Or does she have to wait for a year? Note: she was not on a spouse visa...
