Did you not provide any salary slips, P60 with your application?

I doubt you will be eligible for ILR without switching to TIER2 general. Lets wait for others to comment.

I got the Tier2 ICT visa before 6th April 2011 and entered in April 2011. In 2013 changed to Tier2 general..Am i eligible for 6 years on Tier2 general or unlimited extensions?

If we switch to Tier2 general then we can stay here 6 years. If in the middle say after 3 years we change employer, then the 6 year clock restarts? or we just have 3 years with another employer.
