ILR for my Son

Hi

I am applying for ILR for my son on his own but cold someone confirmed to me weather to use

SET 0 or SET F

He is under the age of 18 and living with me from the last 5 years.

Yes i filed my assessment every year weather i did any income or not

i have done my self assessment for 2015/16 but have not paid the tax yet as the last date is end of jan

GOT ILR Dependent visa challenge

Hi

I have post my ILR story on the board

now applying for Wife and son visa. My wife has passed A1 so she can go for FLM but some one said to me that your son can apply for ILR because he is here since feb 2012 although he was born back home

can some body know this from some where

I put SA302's for the years of 2011 and 2013

I paid all my tax for 2010/11 on time i.e £13000 but then the accountant did some changes later for expenses
howevere it was still above £50000 and they did no ask any question about it

Thanks for your reply She got her first visa Tier 1 Post Study Partner in Feb 2011 and came to the UK in March 2011. Went back home in September 2011 and Came back to the UK om 5th Feb 2012. She got her next visa Tier 1 General Dependent in June 2011 which was extended in 2013 but remained in the UK...
