Hi All My ILR has been refused today at Solihull PEO (Wife included as well as dependent). Reason for refusal is Deception as per clause 322(2) and 322(5). The reason for rejection is that I filed (not amendments) my self-assessment returns 'retrospectively' (Jan 2016) for the years 2010/2011/2012/...

You dont need accountant letter if all of your earnings are from employment(s). However you will need letter from your employer(s)
