Life in the UK requirement - no certificate number

Hi, I did my Settlement (ILR) back in 2015 and now would to apply for the British Citizenship via naturalisation. (I know I should've done it years ago). I did pass the Life in the UK test back then for the Settlement application and submitted the certificate as as a part of it. However now I found ...

Re: Question: time frame between approval & ceremony arrange

So how long does it usually take to get an invitation to the ceremony after receiving the approval letter? it's been a week and still no letter from the council. their website allows to book it but it says my reference number is not found. Sent an email them - no reply, probably they all gone for Ch...

Re: Naturalisation and Passport Pilot Scheme

I applied via JCAP in September and NCS didn't take my P60s. I didn't insist though. 3 days ago I received a letter from Home Office saying they now need my P60s covering a specific period in 2011 and my old expired passport. No idea why they need my old passport, NCS did photocopy all pages of it. ...

Anyone received BRP card for application approved after 25 June 16.
Yes, application approved on Monday, documents received yesterday (Tuesday) and today I've found a DX "missing delivery" card.
Didn't expect it to arrive so early so there was nobody at home.

Re: ILR postal applications (excluding SET(LR))

Just found a postal application refusal in a standalone post. Applicant had a tax issue and applied in Feb2016 and got refusal on 30th of May. http://www.immigrationboards.com/uk-tier-1-general-visas/ilr-refused-paragraph-322-5-t210063.html OK, at least we know they have started doing February appl...

Re: ILR postal applications (excluding SET(LR))

I sent my wife's SET(O) application on ~10th of February (I got my ILR in PEO before her). Biometrics and payment were processed pretty quickly but no news since then :( No idea why it's taking so long, her case is straight forward: PBS dependant for 5+ years with almost no absences. Her language te...

Re: SET(O) Dependant applying by post

She's applying under SET(O) and there's no information about partner's passport/brp in set(o) guidance. Probably they just didn't think someone could try to apply separately from the main applicant. Thanks for the information about FLR(M) guidance, it must be their general policy to accept copies of...

SET(O) Dependant applying by post

Hello, I see this question has been asked quite a few times but I can't find any definitive answer. I've got my ILR after Tier-1 in September 2015 (PEO) and now would like to send a postal application SET(O) PBS Dependant for my wife. Obviously the application will have her original passport and BRP...
