Hi guys,
Just received 3 points for taking a wrong U turn and already have 3 points (bad tyre) on my license. I am eligible to apply for nationality in 3 months. Would the points be a problem?

I also complete my 10 years of legal, unbroken stay in october 2011. Assuming that we do not get any nasty surprises in july 2011, here is my question 1) I...

Hi guys,

I have a bit of a strange predicament in my mind. I am currently on Tier 1 general but would like to pursue full time education for about 15 months. Would I have tochange my visa back to student visa or can I continue to study without changing my status?

PSW and Long Residence

Hi There, Is it true that being on the PSW sets your clock back to 0 for the long residence 10 year rule? A friend of mine has been in this country for 8 years and is currently on the IGS , planning to change into PSW. He has however been informed that doing so would set his clock back to 0. Is it t...

Actually, the IGS will come under Tier one - Post Study Work - and will not be valid for two years. Fresh Talent Scotland is also swallowed up in this. Sorry, did you mean that IGS "shall not be"or IGS "shall now be"? Also is it prudent to wait for the changes to come in or is i...
