Got it. Its going to be so expensive. Visa expires on 25/October. I am planning to apply somewhere in September. Travelling on 6th October. But my only worry is if I apply on 28th September (which is 28th day of expiring visa) can I get the visa within a week including BRP.

I am going for same day service. I am okay with the 3rd time extension as long as there is no issue with the early application. Even if I can save some money on application then I will apply by post more early if that allows me to apply (anyway I have to apply 3rd time extension which gives me 2.5 y...

Hi,

I am going for my naturalization next week and the employment I ticked Director as I am contracting at the moment. Do I need to tick Director or employee please. At the employer I mentioned my own company as my employer. Any problems with it?.

Hi,

I have ILR visa and my wife FLR(M) dependent. I am expecting baby next week so is the baby eligible for UK Passport straightaway?. if not need to apply for naturalization first and then UK passport?.

I have made FLR M application and its been rejected saying its not a valid application. They gave me 10 working days to submit the right application form.

Thanks for the reply.

May I know the requirements for FLR (M) please. Balance maintenance requirement for 3 months is no where mentioned in the application but I am checking if any one showed.

Life in UK test: I believe its not required as she is just applying for a dependant visa?.
