"What is the EEA National Registration Certificate number for the EEA National?"

so it looks like they kinda want it...but some people wrote here that they waited liked 2 months to get it..and we were going to apply this month... O_o

Hi, my wife will be applying for EEA FP very soon, we almost gathered all documents and getting ready to do application. In the "sponsor" part of application there is question about my EEA National Registration Certificate number. Dont have one. but do i assume correctly that this is EEA1?...

So basicaly that would mean that they say about 3 months because in that time i dont have to be qualified person. So, if I am qualifed i don't have to wait those 3...
