Re: Revoked Stamp4eufam and A.K.S. & Ors v Minister for Justice & Ors

They did not reject your application for Naturalization and moved to the next stage! They're probably waiting on the review's outcome. Technically speaking, I'd say they're aware of the AKS case and the unlawfulness of the revocation but it still a grey area where they don't have a procedure yet. Sa...

Re: Revoked Stamp4eufam and A.K.S. & Ors v Minister for Justice & Ors

Thank you for your response @iceice855. were you given a Stamp based on Chenchouliah /other cases or was it a whole different application out of the Directive rules? The law case is clear but it usually takes few months to a year to come up with a clear process to be implemented within the departmen...

Revoked Stamp4eufam and A.K.S. & Ors v Minister for Justice & Ors

I said i'd start this thread here as it will potentially help many cases out there. I held a Stamp4Eufam in 2015 valid to 2020. Half of this stamp was revoked in 2021 when I informed the department that my ex has left the state in 2017. I was eventually granted a Stamp1 under the chenchouliah case f...

Re: Urgent response please

Hi @iceice855. I have found out about this ruling as I was gathering documents for my citizenship application. I had a Stamp4Eufam revoked (Part of it) due to ex's departure from the state. I was granted a Stamp4 based on Chenchouliah* since. Do you have more details on whether the revoked years are...

Re: HLP: EU1 application, non EU work and EU self employed.

Most applicant don't get it on time. If you are dismissed that will be unlawful as a matter of EU law. they gave me stamp 4 really late and gave me extra 3 weeks in it ,, when u say late, is it a little late from the decision date or from stamp expiry date ? we are not in a hurry as we're settling ...

Re: HLP: EU1 application, non EU work and EU self employed.

Put the department of Justice of the expiry of your leave prior to its expiry, and notify them legal action will be sough or pursued , if as a result of their delay, you unlawfully lose your job in circumstances where you are perfectly entitled to engage in employment.
