My concern is, she was in vocational training as (Beauty therapy) NVQ started 2009 to 2011, but if you read the CSI conditions it stated that from 7/2010 -2015....

Can me and my sponsor fill one the EEA(PR) form since now there is no EEA3 or EEA4 form because all of them have been combine as one....?

what about, my EEA sponsor was a student from 2009 to 2011 would she be affected by the CSI???

do you mean I should use EEA3 form again since I use it for the first one????

What about if I use the EEA 4 form and explain to them I made a mistake to the EEA3 form but now am using the EEA4 form then make reference to the former case with the new evidence???

thanks Ohara...by the way I have now got the EEA4 forms so I need to fill that or just write a letter with the reference of the refusal case and attach the evidence they need?? bcos the refusal sent letter sent to was attach with " I can appeal in tribunal" of which some good friends told ...

hello friend what do you mean both of these forms have now been superseded by EEA(PR) and although you are still allowed to use the old forms? Again especially the EEA4 forms are hard to find and I don't know why?however I have found a site which generate EEA4 forms can I still use that???? The EEA4...

Oh no it was EEA3 form, that because it was 3 weeks for my 5 years to expire in August 2015 then I did applied, there mistake was I did submitted my wife job status at the time I was filling the forms, but I did know not that I was suppose to submit what she has been doing with the period of 5 years...

I did applied in august through 5 years residence (EEA Route), but refuse the application on that ground that i did prove my wife treaty right prior to 31/05/2012 ...so they have given me an appeal form to appeal with the evidence to this 31/05/12.....what am saying is prior that date my wife was on...
