Re: Continuous residence broken for long residency purposes

Thanks for the reply. True but I read somewhere that 10 years legal residence comes under human rights regulation of EU No it doesn't. Where did you 'read somewhere'. ILR based on 10 years long residence is an application on Set(LR) under the UK Immigration rules, it has nothing to do with EU or hu...

Re: Naturalisation refused on Language requirement

Your English qualification previously used must be still on the register of approved test as transitional period finished in November 2015. Now it's SELT trinity college or SELT IELTS only. It's business to print money for the test providers who lobby HO for changes. 10 mins and £200 later you have ...

Re: Continuous residence broken for long residency purposes

Your time will start from 2013. An absence of more than 180 days breaks continuity of residence for LR applicants. Who even know if the LR route will still be available in 2022 or 2023. Re: English Language Requirement

All applications after November 2015 only trinity college SELT or IELTS SELT is approved. I had recent IELTS taken in 2013 and used in previous application but transitional provisions lapsed after Nov 2015. Now unless you have SELT number of IELTS / trinity exam (a1/b1) you do not meet koll requirem...

Re: IELTS SELT Consortium unique electronic reference number

Hi. Put UKVI NUMBER WIthout slashes on the form.

This is made of IEL plus date of test plus centre code plus your candidate number.

They verify online so documentary evidence is not required but helps if you enclose it along with one photocopy.
