Guys
My parents arrived in UK with EU FM settlement scheme.
On24/09/20. Submitted biometrics at Birmingham UKVCAS on 02/11/20 got EEA settlement visa email on 10/11/20. Awaiting for biometric card.

Hi my parents got the eu settlement visa from Non EU country. It’s valid for only 6 months. It it the same for your mother.
When they are here how can we apply for pre settled status.

EEA Extended FM settlement scheme

My Parents got Eu settlement scheme visa issued on 21 Aug 2020 till 20 Jan 2021.They travelled from India to UK on this last week.
