@nethu82 I will be surprised if someone's visa rejected because of £200/- difference unless that £200/- difference comes below that persons salary threshold... if not I don't see any issue...

great thanks for the reply. I got some clarification about this NARIC service now. I ordered the "Statement of Comparability" as well. I hope that both this SoC & ELA will be sufficient for home office. Thanks a lot @geriatrix. I will keep updated on what's happening... Cheers
