Re: Change of Employment and during Naturalisation Applicati

HO don't usually contact referees. Not something you can change now. If you have a letter from HO with your case ref number, you could advise them about your job change. Thank you for your reply, regarding job change, do i have to inform them by law or is it something i can do just to be on the saf...

Re: ILR(LR) 10 year route

If you are applying for ILR on the basis of 10 year LR then i believe you do not have to relay on anything other then your legal residence in the UK for 10 years. You are together or not has nothing to do with your LR as long as you have legal status. You are applying ILR through LR, her treaty righ...

Also try Noddle. However, note that these free credit checks seem to have a month of lag in obtaining data. In any case, I think you should be in the clear. If you have paid, there should not be an issue. Also see link below. All the best. https://www.moneyadviceservice.org.uk/en/articles/dealing-w...

Re: CCJ paid in full / British Naturalisation

Hi - If you have paid in full, I assume you should be fine. Also, I would register for a free credit check (noddle, credit score etc) to see if there is any CCJ against your name. If not, I would not mention on the naturalisation application. All the best. Thank you so much for you reply!! I used C...

i dont think it will make any difference as Homeoffice needs the date you exited and entered back in the UK and count your days so why do you need a letter from your employer for that purpose?

Re: Does Naturalisation speed up using a less busy NCS??

No, it does not. NCS are ONLY a handling agent, they are not HO employees and have no influence on your application. i do understand they have no influence on your application, what i am thinking is if it is possible HO caseworkers are assigned according to different boroughs or they are random. Re: US Visit Visa after ILR - Denied before

Yes, it's most probably due to your previous visa refusal. From what I've read a decision made on the day of an interview may be overturned by a supervisor if there is just cause, and then submitted for administrative review, which is the most likely scenario based in what you have shared. You shou...
