OMG I received all my documents back and a letter stating that i will receive my rc within 10 days. So happy.

It's been 5 month and 11 days. Thank you for everyone's wonderful information in this forum. Good luck to everyone!

I just called HO this morning to check whether there's a decision made on my application. They said that they can't check it for me until it would be 6 months after my application. I have to wait for a few weeks and then call them again. Such a long waiting! Just wonder is there anyone successfully ...

i received the short CoA together with the Biometric letter in the same envelope. I think i sent all the required documents, but just in case, so i sent some additional documents to HO, and write a few emails to request an updated CoA. I am so shocked that i received one more short CoA today! So ups...

Just a question. Since you and your husband are both EEA, why do you need RC? Isn't RC for EEA's spouse who is not from EEA? Thank you. My case is the same. I sent the application at 24 Nov 2015 and received CoA (w/n wr) and Biometric letter together at 07 Dec 2015. I think you should send the contract as the employment proof. She is here on an EEA Family Permit She is here on an EEA Family Permit by the way.
