Re: British citizenship + passport photos

Yes we are going through NCS and the quote i provided in first post was from the email they have sent us prior to appointment. Were you applying fro passport at the same time? or just Citizenship? I think one photo is for BC and two are for passport but still not sure if one needs to be certified or...

Re: British citizenship + passport photos

Yes we do have document certifying our residency.

Well yeah it's the email from NCA which confused me as they are saying bring 3 photos singed by you and that's it. Not the certified photo...

British citizenship + passport photos

Hi guys, Quick question... hopefully... We are applying now for Citizenship and passports at the same time and we are required to provide 3 identical photos. Email from NCS says "Please ensure that all 3 photographs you are required to bring are identical and have your full name and date of bir...

Re: Permanent Residency deemed date

Ohara many thanks for your picture that’s absolutely great!!

Can you just confirm was that request for full SAR or a Fast tracked one?

It says under the Fast track “IT info” which should be enough but I’m not sure.

Permanent Residency deemed date

Hi all, Got yet another question… :) We have now received our PR certificates (me and the wife) and would like to apply for BN however I’m slightly concerned about the “deemed date” of our PR status. We have been in UK nice 2006 and have got the WRS done straight away etc. When applying for PR I hav...

12 months maternity leave & treaty rights/PR

Sorry for hijacking a topic but I have I think related question... Dose full 12 month maternity leave counts towards qualifying period from the PR point of view? My wife was off work (but still employed by the same company and receiving pay) for full 12 months and then she came back to work full tim...

Re: PR after Brexit

Very interesting thread and i'm amazed we peoples knowledge about immigration and general EU law!!

Do you think that prior to actual referendum government will be issuing some kind of summary of the changes if UK leaves EU? so the voters can make more informed decision before actually voting?

PR after Brexit

I'm absolutely ignorant when it comes to legal aspects and EU/UK immigration law and was wondering something in the light of potential Brexit in June. If a PR is "confirmed" by PR certificate (as i'm EU citizen almost 10 years working in UK) and UK leaves EU will the PR status remain and a...

Re: EEA(PR) Section 5 question

Well please correct me if I'm wrong but the only requirement was to register within 30 days and if you worked contentiously for the same employer for 12 month that was it right? (you made me worry a bit now). On the subject of WRS in the question 9.15 where it asks if you worked uninterrupted for 12...

Re: EEA(PR) Section 5 question

Thanks again for quick reply! Well to be honest I wasn't planning of sending any payslips for the period where I'm sending P60 (I thought it was enough). I will be sending bank statements as a proof of address, do you think that it would be OK to include additional pages from the bank statement (not...

Re: EEA(PR) Section 5 question

Many thank for a quick reply! I think we will go with the 2009-2014 so we have few more things as a proof then just P60 and bank statements. I will list all absences from UK since 2009 to present as per your advise so there is no questions ask. When you saying to send few payslips/bank statements do...

EEA(PR) Section 5 question

Hi, I'm looking for a advice as I'm in the middle of filling the application for PR. My wife and I have been and working in the UK since 2006 continually. I understand we need to prove any 5 continues years to get PR, I'm thinking to do 2009-20014 as we have only limited documents for the first year...
