BOTTOM LINE is that you will end up saving same amount in both countries. i.e 800/900 GBP in UK(for salary of 30-35K) and 60000 INR(for Sal of 10-14 lacs) considering 7-10 years of experience in IT. Please bear in mind that this is a ball park figure ,but after staying in UK for 4 years and in India...

Chill..We all need to understand that "world is flat" and just because u r born in a developed world,it shouldnt mean that you need not compete with some one from 'developing country'.. As far as HSMP for IT goes,my personal experience is that it is good for ppl. having 2-3 years of exp. a...

I think one more thing to consider is cost of living..earning 30K Gbp is like earning 21 lacs per annum(net would be 2000 GBP per month ).However you also spend 1500 GBP(1.25 lacs per month in UK)..So ultimately you will end up SAVING 500 GBP(40000 INR).. So please consider your expenses as well whi...

What will old employer gain by "forcing" you to work for 3 months? They just want to harass you..The whole approch towards an employee changes after he/she resign..People look through you.. You wont be given any critical job and some one else would be told to double check the work you do,i...

RILR rules might be changing in July 2011..So if you havent got your ILR by July 2011 ,then you might get probationary citizenship when your time is due..But again, they keep moving the goal post..
