Hello, While filling up HSMP form ,Do i need to give evidence about spouse's education/work even though i am not claiming any points for her education?? But i will need a visa for her(dependent) as well when i go for Visa stamping .. So do i need to mention abt. her in the form at all ??? Thanks Ash...

Thanks for your reply and genuine concern...I agree that i might have to take some risks in life...

May be i will look at option of getting a WP , and if i don't suceed , i will have to go for HSMP..

I was hoping that attested copies would be allowed as i have been hearing /reading horror stories of Docs. getting lost in transit/by H.O and it is diffuclt to reach them by phone from outside the U.K

Yes, Now a days it is difficult to get WP.. the reason is now it is in Tier 2 , while it was in tier 1 before. So the employer needs to show that there is no local talent available..\ And any ways , now a days there are lot of local ppl. who are with out job.so chances of calling a foreigner are ver...
