My Feb CoS was declined and the company is doing an appeal/resubmission. Any idea how long it takes for it to be reviewed again and an answer given, or does it just fit in with the next allocation date? Thanks

My employer says they still awaiting a decision letter via the postal services from uk border agency. Just sounds weird to me, last day of the month now when allocations have already come and gone.

IS there any way to check your CoS status without having to go through your new employers?

I was told today my answer is coming via the postal service back to the company for signing by Friday or Monday, which means theres a decision letter with all the companies original documents. Hope this is a good sign.

My new employer informed they awaiting the outcome of my Tier 2 General CoS via the postal service from the uk border agency end of this week. How is this possible if you using the sms system? Does this make sense?

Well, new employer says they still haven't heard from home office about my CoS, its now 22 Feb. My score was 25. Not sure what to expect, my life seems like its in limbo
