Yes you need to wait until 12 months is complete as one of the requirements is to show proof of submission of tax return to HMRC - so you can only do this I assume when your return becomes due at 12 months.
I just had a successful application this month - with regards HSBC statements I called them and requested statements be sent out as required by home office etc. They sent out duplicate statements within a few days which I used for my application.

I did not provide my wife's birth certificate for visa extension as didn't have one - just put a cover letter explaining she has never had one . I said they can check her passport and national identity card for proof of DOB if required.
4. Do we need to wait for the IELTS certificate A2 to arrive or can we submit without and include the certificate code on the application form? 5. I've read about passport photos being included for me and my Wife, is this still a requirement? 6. Does anybody have a link to a forum topic where it in...
It looks to be the case for everyone it seems. My appointment was on the 10th of January. I did ask at Croydon if there was any way to confirm submission but they said there wasn't.
Here's most of what I sent: bare in mind my one was in Pakistan so I don't know if there are any differences in application process. The financial documents should stay the same in any case. Online Application copy VAF2A APPLICATION IHS PAYMENT CONFIRMATION TB TEST IELTS TEST Marriage certificat...

The original would get sent back to the UK address of the sponsor and the fact that the visa was granted means the requirements were fulfilled with regards the TB certificate. As a director you have to submit 12 months of bank statements so does your salary for the rest of the previous 6 months cover the other £9,300- and do you have wage slips and bank statements to show this?
I submitted my Urdu nikkahnama along with the official stamped signed english nadra marriage certificate (which I think is probably the most important of the marriage documents anyway)- It was deemed sufficient at the time I applied which was December 2015.
Your rejection letter also stated you did not submit a current appointments report from Companies House - have you got it this time round as I didn't see it on your document list?

There is no increase in threshold until the dependant child is born. With regards the baby - I wanted to ask , would the baby not have British citizenship? As far as I'm aware you don't even need to deduct the expenses from the figure as it is the gross annual income that needs to reach the minimum requirements - so your £26,000 is well above the requirement.
As far as I am aware, you cannot combine permanent employment with self employment to meet the requirements. If I was in your position, I personally would look to wait a few months so that my financial year is complete - so that all the required documents can be submitted. At this moment in time you...

You just need to show evidence that the tax return has been submitted with HMRC. Here is a list of the financial documents I sent : CT600 - tax return Evidence of submission of C...
