Just to find out the documents u submitted to get stamp 4 apart from marriage certificate, and do u applied based on employed.

Do you think the delay may not affect applicants from Nigeria. My family submitted her application yesterday. I don't know which country your wife applied through.

Hello Hamza2013, Thanks for the response. My family are planning to submit their application in Nigeria tomorrow. My question is, do i tell them to hold on and i move to Ireland, get a job and accommodation and then apply for EU1 straight away from Nigeria may be that one will be quicker and easier....
