He doesn't know all the detailed events and have asked him to apply for SAR from home office if it provides all the details. Will get back once he's got it.

Re: When is an eligibility for ILR

Thanks CR001 as always! He doesn't have all the exact dates with his previous applications. He's been to couple of solicitors and given different opinions about his eligibility. One said he can submit after 10 years from date of his arrival if taken 2009 but other had told him not being eligible as ...

When is an eligibility for ILR

Hi All!

Posting for my friend! He entered UK in 2009 with tourist visa and successfully received limited leave to remain under 10 year settlement after numerous appeals.

The copy of decision is linked herewith.

Re: Jobs maintained during Tier1 Ent extension

Hi All!

I'm heading for an appointment tomorrow with a dependant. I'm seeing some post with personal bank statements added along their applications for maintenance. What is this for as its not required for the SET(O) IRL-Tier 1 right?

Should I also take all the hard copies of my documents?

Best!

Re: Jobs maintained during Tier1 Ent extension

It could have been much easier if they had allowed to use two separate cards to pay for the application if you have more than 1 applicants. My daughter is 11 yo and came to UK only 3.5 years ago. She's got pbs dependent as ours valid till 24/04/2020. Made by bookings in one of the core centres. Glad...
