However I think you are talking about the non-EEA ILR route.. for an EEA citizen to prove permanent residency, he/she needs to show that 1) he/she is a EEA citizen for the continuious 5 yr period involved, 3) he/she has continuous residence throught the 5 yrs in the uk, 3) he/...
