Thanks for your reply, What can be done now ? I am not getting permission from my partner from India .
My partner is not willing to take any interest here . Any suggestion ?

The child was not born in the UK , i do have the birth certificates , the child has an Indian passport , and has been with me since June 2015. we have an ILR starting May 2016 until 2024

Hi Guys , need a favour My application is Me with 2 dependants . worst case , if my dependant related documents are not satisfactory by the UK GOV and there is no problem with mine , will they approve my ILR and reject the dependants and ask me to apply later ? What are the possible outcomes here ?

The whole confusion is that should my dependant need this , I have obtained NARIC . All these I thought was needed for the main applicant (thats me ) . i thought only Life in the UK certificate was needed for both applicant and dependant which i have obtained . Can you please help ?

Yes, My daughter was born in India , I had brought her to the UK when she was 3 months old.

Should i Provide any letter detailing my absence from country in the last 5 years or show the list of holidays taken in the different companies i worked in the last 5 years ?
