I am personally doubtful that the Malaysian embassy will renew your passport. It will be in a mess if the UK immigration find out later that the embassy will actually renew your passport if you overstayed in UK. Imagine the credibility of the embassy if this were to happen. I am not sure that this ...

How do I clear my overstayer status? How can I convince them that I am sure to return after my visit? Thanks You might do better to start a new thread, since this one started out as a question from someone with a BNO passport who wants to re-enter the UK from Ireland - nothing to do with overstayin...

Travelodge is only a suggestion. There are other hotel chains operating in the UK. But being a well-known chain, they are clean and safe (albeit a bit unimaginative), and they take on-line bookings. And even if you make a flexible booking now - which I would also recommend - there's nothing to stop...

hi there, can someone who has left the UK recently to ireland, enter the UK again with a BNO passport :?: . thank you. There is no formal immigration control between the UK and Ireland, so your passport will probably not be checked. When did you leave the UK to go to Ireland? Are you still w...

I think it depends on the circumstances. I certainly think, for example, that it is reasonable to provide, in a covering letter, a list of all the documents that you have provided if that is not clear from the form itself - e.g.: - current passport of M (valid to Y) with residence permit; - expired ...

Normally yes. S...
