Yes, under 322(1A) and 322(2) of the Immigration Rules. I am bit confused here. After going through the various related posts in this forum, I thought all are advising to sort out the taxes, by amending before applying. So did you mean, amending before applying could in the alternative be a problem...

I am also looking to see if amending tax return shortly before ILR resulted in refusal, for that reason alone. Any idea?
