Just discovered about card replacement. It is requirement to report the loss to the police and get ref.number from them. But how can she report the loss if she doesn't know if it was the permanent residence card or not? My thoughts are to go via SAR or try to write simple letter and send to Home Off...

She got card in 2012 or 2013, she doesn't remember exactly.

P.S. she was a little bit more than 5 years in the UK when she got the card.

It was different question - about my parents nationality at the time of my birth.
Now the question is my town and country of birth. Do they ask about territory's name as of today or the past?

The country of my birth.
At the time of my birth it was USSR, now it is Latvia. Should I put USSR?

Parents' nationality

There is a question in the passport form about my parents nationality at the time of MY birth. At that time it was USSR. Now it is Latvia.
Should I just write USSR? Or do I need to explain that this town now belongs to Latvia?
Quite confusing...

Probably I wrote a messy question.
I am wondering on what ground did I receive the PR?
Self-sufficient? is that possible if I didn't have any medical insurance? As I said we are from EU and my husband has been working all these 7 years what we are living here. I was a student and a housewife.

Hello,
When applying for British Citizenship and British Passport at the same time and using the National Checking services - do I still need to send my passport from my original country? or they take copies and that's ok?
Why I am asking - I would like to travel in March.
