AR will be waste of time and money dont go for it. 2. Put fresh application and if your 10 years completed go for LR applica...

Re: HO Checking Employment History?

UKBA dont have live access to HMRC system. Though both are government departments however they both use entirely different systems. HMRC Management softwares are completely different what UKBA use. Re: Tier 1 G to ILR Empl/Self-Employed Interview Questions

In Croydon and Cardiff they dont give Questionnaire at start. CW gives it on discretion.

Where as other PEO they give it in start. In Croydon they dont have time for all this silly business so they just get to the point and call the applicant on one of the counters for questioning.

Re: ILR - Earnings difference between HO & HMRC

@argus7 I cannot change anything at HMRC because the declared amount of 31200 for SA1022/12 is correct as per my 50% shareholding, the problem is by mistake I have over declared 6200 net dividends (which I don't even need to get enough points) to HO during my initial Tier1 extension which actually ...

Re: ILR due in 5/16 from Tier 1 General. TAX RETURN AMENDED

Send application by post because HMRC will take their time to do any adjustments.

Also either is 20p or 20k or 200k it doesnt matter because even if its 20p you still owe money to tax department.
