Re: Settlement / Spouse Visa Appeal Timelines - FROM INDIA O

Re: Settlement / Spouse Visa Appeal Timelines - FROM INDIA O

Hi, I emailed to Global.Appeals@fco.gov.uk for status they said due to the large volume of work that we deal, we are unable to give update on each individual appeal. Hi That is a standard template reply from them. Global Appeals are insistent that they will deal with the appeal \bundle, and then fe...

Re: Reapply for family settlement visa

I said 'as far as I am aware'. Withdrawing might apply to appeals within the UK. Do you have all your paperwork or has it all be sent with your appeal? we submitted the missing evidence along with the IAFT2 form back in January. The evidence required need only be copies only, the rest of the applic...

Re: Reapply for family settlement visa

It would have been quicker if you simply reapplied with the correct documents. It is unfortunate that you forgot two of the most important set of documents. The refusal was therefore correct. In order to reapply, you will have to withdraw your appeal as far as I understand. Hi when did it change th...

hi Jaxgon, when you say appeal letter received, what do you mean by that?

Re: first tier tribunal Leicester

Our MP has decided that they are willing to take up our case. We have submitted the missing evidence to them along with IAFT-2 form. They have advised me that they will do their best to have this resolved, but from past experience, it is unlikely that the ECO will overturn their decision as it was o...

Quick update, I have not heard anything from our mp yet, however they ask for 10 working days to pass before contacting them if we do not hear anything. FTT say 2 to 3 weeks as some form default pre recorded message, and i do not agree with batley Khan's statement above, that one should reapply. FTT...
