Dear All, I have got my ILR visa via postal service. I sent my application in the second week of April 2016 and my approval came within the first week of July 2016 (Sorry for late reply). Re: PBS dependent queries

Here are your answers. I have applied the same for my wife. I hope this will help 1. Application does not ask any extra details but there is no harm in putting all these extra documents. 2. Re: Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) £5400 Dependent

You can not delete any details once you have submitted your IHS application (Once you click that I have confirmed the details). I had the same situation and I added my name for my wife's visa so my wife's Surcharge came 0.00 pounds. (Why: Because she had less than 10 days available on her current le...

Re: Visit Visa For Mother-In-Law

Perhaps you can try to include a cover letter stating that you will be the responsible person in the UK through their entire visit and you can also attach their return tickets. Show their bank balances and If your parents are retired then show their PF etc. This may not be the solution but could act...

Re: PBS Dependent Visa Extension from within UK.

Thanks DNG_131 Now in your case she has not got a bank acc yet. So I would suggest to put your bank statements and payslips (Last 6 months would be sufficient) Q1. have salary slips in PDF format. So do they accept salary slip copies or do they need copies to be stamped by an accountant? - You will...

Re: PBS Dependent Visa Extension from within UK.

Hi Vijay, To be honest if you are applying for your wife's PBS dependent extension then you do not need all this document. But nothing harm to sending all this documents. If you are making an online application then all they ask is Bank statement for the last 90 days which shows she has enough fund....

Re: ILR and PBS dependant extension at the same time by post

Hi Kasunj, To make it more life more simple I would advise to go for the Online application for your wife's dependant visa. With online application you fill out the form online and then print it and post it with mandatory documents (Bank statements showing that you or your wife have enough funds). I...

Re: ILR PEO deferred Apps - Further checks/Additional docs c

Hi Rahul, It will be just a generic letter. Include the details of your visa and explain them that you are awaiting for your answer. And it will be enough. Write it with Subject and other standard format. Good Luck Thanks Mate! Make sure you pay the IHS prior to start the online application.
